shipping & returns

  • Order processing takes 2-3 days. Shipping times may vary, but orders standard and ground shipping within the US usually takes 4-8 days, while orders shipping from Japan may take 5-15 days.

  • If you change your mind about your purchase, packages that are unopened, unused and in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of purchase date. Please reach out to hello@mellow-bar.com to start the process.

    Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

    Sometimes, tracking may show your package as “delivered” before it’s physically arrived. In many cases, it shows up within a day or two. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive it, if possible.

    If your package still hasn’t arrived after being marked as delivered:

    • Check around your entryway or porch, as sometimes packages can slip out of sight.

    • Ask nearby neighbors in case it was delivered next door by mistake.

    • Reach out to your local post office with your tracking number. They’re often able to help more directly.

    While we’re unable to place a trace on orders marked as delivered, we’ll always do our best to support you however we can.

  • Normal order processing takes 2-3 days. During promotional sales or holidays, orders will be processed in the order that they were received, and may take slightly longer. For any questions about your order, please reach out to us and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

  • Once you log into your account at the top right of the page, you’ll find your past orders under the Orders section in your account.

  • You can sign up for the Mellow Edit membership here.

  • The mellow edit membership is a monthly fee of $35 and will be automatically charged every month until your subscription is cancelled. Please note that your monthly membership payment is non-refundable.

    1. Log into your customer account at the top right of the membership page.

    2. Click Account, then click Digital products or Subscriptions.

    3. Click the digital product you want to cancel.

    4. If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.

    5. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.

    When you cancel your membership, you'll keep access to exclusive content for the remainder of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, your account fully expires. You will still have access to your customer account, but links to digital product content won't display.

  • Once you're a member, you will be able to log in to your account and access the member-exclusive video library directly on the site. You will also be notified whenever new videos go live!

  • Products available in our shop are currently sourced from Japan, Taiwan, and Korea.

  • Please contact us via email and make sure to include the brands/products you’re interested in.
