SHIPPING & RETURNS MEMBERSHIP SAFETY

shipping & returns

  • Order processing takes 2-3 days. Shipping times may vary, but orders standard and ground shipping within the US usually takes 4-8 days, while orders shipping from Japan may take 5-15 days.

  • If you change your mind about your purchase, packages that are unopened, unused and in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of purchase date. Please reach out to hello@mellow-bar.com to start the process.

    Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

    If there was an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact hello@mellow-bar.com. 

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

    Sometimes, tracking may show your package as “delivered” before it’s physically arrived. In many cases, it shows up within a day or two. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive it, if possible.

    If your package still hasn’t arrived after being marked as delivered:

    • Check around your entryway or porch, as sometimes packages can slip out of sight.

    • Ask nearby neighbors in case it was delivered next door by mistake.

    • Reach out to your local post office with your tracking number. They’re often able to help more directly.

    While we’re unable to place a trace on orders marked as delivered, we’ll always do our best to support you however we can.

  • Normal order processing takes 2-3 days. During promotional sales or holidays, orders will be processed in the order that they were received, and may take slightly longer. For any questions about your order, please reach out to us and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

  • Once you log into your account at the top right of the page, you’ll find your past orders under the Orders section in your account.

  • You can sign up for the Mellow Edit membership here.

  • The mellow edit membership is a monthly fee of $35 and will be automatically charged every month until your subscription is cancelled. Please note that your monthly membership payment is non-refundable.

    1. Log into your customer account at the top right of the membership page.

    2. Click Account, then click Digital products or Subscriptions.

    3. Click the digital product you want to cancel.

    4. If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.

    5. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.

    When you cancel your membership, you'll keep access to exclusive content for the remainder of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, your account fully expires. You will still have access to your customer account, but links to digital product content won't display.

  • Once you're a member, you will be able to log in to your account and access the member-exclusive video library directly on the site. You will also be notified whenever new videos go live!

  • Monthly Mellow Edit Boxes are included in your membership, and are shipped out on the 15th of every month. They are a curated selection of gels, accessories, and tools needed to elevate your nail art.

    Please note that for the month of August, there are a limited quantity of 10 boxes available. All membership signups after the first 10 signups will received their first box in September.

  • All tutorials, materials, and content provided through Mellow Edit Membership are for personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or reproducing any content, whether in part or in full, is not permitted. This helps us protect the value of our membership and respect the work of our creators.

    If unauthorized sharing or redistribution is discovered, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the membership without refund, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

  • Mellow Edit offers two types of tutorial sessions - live and recorded. Live Sessions are available to all, while Recorded Sessions are exclusive to members only.

    These sessions will cover a broad range of information spanning from beginner to advanced levels. They will be taught by professional artists around the world with specific specialties that they’ll cover.

  • New products will show up in the Member’s Only Shop page a few days before arriving in the general Shop Page.

  • Products available in our shop are currently sourced from Japan, Taiwan, and Korea.
